Electronic Filing
Electronic Submission and Editorial Records
This journal manages its editorial workflow electronically through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, covering all stages from manuscript submission to publication. The system maintains electronic records of submitted manuscripts and accompanying supplementary materials, communications among editors, authors, and reviewers, peer review reports, revised manuscript versions, editorial decisions, and final publication files.
Access to editorial records is limited to authorized personnel in accordance with their respective roles and responsibilities within the editorial process. All confidential information is handled appropriately and protected from unauthorized disclosure, in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies.
Published Articles and Metadata
For each published article, this journal preserves the complete article text along with its associated bibliographic metadata. These records include the article title, authors' names and institutional affiliations, abstract, keywords, volume and issue information, publication date, references, licensing statement, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI), where applicable. DOI registration and related metadata are managed through Crossref in accordance with the journal's publication practices.
Electronic Archiving
The journal implements electronic archiving to ensure the security, traceability, sustainability, and availability of published content. Archiving includes storage via the journal system, electronic backups, preservation of publication records, and self-archiving by authors. In addition, all metadata and full-text content are indexed and archived on the Garuda portal (Garba Rujukan Digital).
The storage of journal content and publication records is managed through Open Journal Systems (OJS). This system is used to manage articles, issues, metadata, and publication information related to the journal publication process.
In addition to storage on the journal system, administrators perform periodic electronic backups of publication content and data to reduce the risk of data loss due to technical disruptions, damage, system errors, or other circumstances that could interfere with the journal's availability. These electronic backups are intended to provide copies that can be used in the recovery process should the content on the main system experience disruption or loss.
The scope of the backups is tailored to the system management needs and includes the components necessary to restore content and maintain the traceability of publication records.
