This journal provides open access to all published articles. All articles are freely available online to the public without subscription fees or individual article access charges and are accessible immediately upon publication without any embargo period.
This policy aims to promote the wider dissemination of research findings and encourage knowledge exchange among academics, practitioners, students, government institutions, civil society organizations, activity partners, and the general public. Accordingly, the knowledge, experience, innovations, technologies, and best practices reported in published articles can be utilized to advance scientific knowledge and support the practical application of research findings.
In implementing this policy, the journal adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and takes into account the transparency of access and licensing, as well as good scholarly publishing practices, as outlined in the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.
