Kontribusi Insentif Kerja dan Budaya Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja (Perspektif Pegawai Swasta di Kabupaten Gowa)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi insentif kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja pada pegawai sektor swasta di Kabupaten Gowa, sebagai respons terhadap urgensi peningkatan produktivitas dan daya saing tenaga kerja lokal. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif, melibatkan 94 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0.008 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.403. Sebaliknya, budaya kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.344. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi insentif yang tepat lebih efektif dalam mendorong intensitas kerja, komitmen, dan kepuasan pegawai dibandingkan dengan pendekatan berbasis budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori motivasi kerja dalam konteks sektor swasta lokal, serta membuka peluang eksplorasi lebih lanjut terhadap variabel-variabel psikososial dan struktural.
