The use of information technology in educational assessment has increased the need for digital examination systems that improve efficiency and accessibility. At SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung, Software Engineering students require a flexible platform for school exam preparation while reducing identical question sequences. This study aims to design and develop a mobile web-based examination application for school exam preparation. The system was developed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP), consisting of the inception, elaboration, construction, and transition phases. The Fisher–Yates Shuffle algorithm was implemented to randomize question sequences for each examination session. System testing employed black-box testing on login, question management, exam administration, and automatic grading features. The results showed that all test scenarios passed with a 100% success rate. The developed application supports question management, exam administration, question randomization, and automatic grading within a single platform.
