Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan prinsip pedagogi deep learning dalam ENIGMA XII, acara akademik tahunan yang dipimpin mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi bahasa Inggris, berpikir kritis, dan refleksi peserta melalui aktivitas bermakna dan berbasis kinerja. Program tersebut mendorong kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, dosen, dan siswa sekolah dalam konteks pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Kompetisi seperti pidato, bercerita, dan debat dirancang untuk menumbuhkan kedalaman berpikir dan kemandirian belajar. Pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan kriteria penilaian yang jelas, peningkatan performa peserta, serta pengalaman kepemimpinan dan tanggung jawab bagi panitia mahasiswa. Kebaruan kegiatan ini terletak pada penerapan prinsip pedagogi deep learning dalam konteks kegiatan kemahasiswaan non?kelas, yang memperluas penerapan konsep ini di luar pembelajaran formal sekaligus memperkuat kolaborasi dan keterlibatan komunitas akademik.
