Pengaruh Kind of Motivation dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Green Loyalty Pegawai melalui Gaya Kepemimpinan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Kind of Motivation, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan para karyawan terhadap Green Loyalty pegawai di Bank BSI Kediri dan menyarankan strategi untuk meningkatkan Green Loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain asosiatif dengan intervening model pada konstruk Gaya Kepemimpinan. Populasi penelitian adalah 92 pegawai BSI KC Kediri Hasanuddin, BSI KC Hayam Wuruk, BSI KCP Pare dan BSI KK Kediri Uniska. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengujian kualitas data dilakukan untuk memastikan keandalan dan konsistensi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan Job Satisfaction dan Kind of Motivation pada Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Green Loyalty. Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada Green Loyalty. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Bank BSI Kediri meliputi meningkatkan Gaya Kepemimpinan yang Berkelanjutan, meningkatkan Job Satisfaction Karyawan, meningkatkan Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan Prinsip Green Loyalty dan meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Melalui Kind of Motivation.
