Implimentasi Soft Skill dan Etos Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh soft skill dan etos kerja karyawan itu sendiri, apabila terimplimentasi kedalam kecakapan Intrapersonal dan Interpersonal dalam membentuk karakter kerja, budaya kerja dan mental kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja di perusahaan menjadi karyawan profesional dan kompeten. Untuk mengetahui proses Implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo, diperlukan pembuktian empiris apakah implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Populasi penelitian 158 karyawan yang tersebar di setiap departemen PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampel 101 Karyawan dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling ( tabulasi Isac dan Michae). Tiga variabel dalam penelitian yaitu: soft skill, etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan diambil melalui kuisioner. Uji kualitas data menggunakan One Sampel Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test (Minitab 14), Uji Kualitas Instrumen memakai SPSS 16, dan uji Reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan Uji Aotukorelasitas Durbin-Watson, Uji Multikolineritas dengan VIF (Varian Infalaction Factor) < 5 & R2 tinggi, Uji Heteroskedastisitas dengan scater plot, Uji Normalitas p-value > 0,05, Uji Model regresi melalui Uji F dan Uji t, dan interpretasi terhadap model output MINITAB 14. Hasil penelitian dari analisa regresi memberikan pengaruh positif soft skill (0,450) dan etos kerja (0,436) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sampai 83,3% dan sisanya 16,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo secara parsial atau simultan.

Abstract
Improved employee performance is influenced by the soft skills and work ethic of the employee itself, if it is implemented into Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills in shaping work character, work culture and work mentality to improve performance in the company to become professional and competent employees. To find out the soft skill implementation process and work ethic affect the performance improvement of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo, empirical evidence is needed whether the implementation of soft skills and work ethic affect the performance improvement of employees of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. The study population of 158 employees spread across each department of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Sampling of 101 employees was carried out using random sampling techniques (tabulation of Isac and Michae). Three variables in the study are: soft skills, work ethic and employee performance taken through questionnaires. Data quality test using One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test (Minitab 14), Instrument Quality Test using SPSS 16, and Reliability test with Alpha formula. The classic assumption test uses the Durbin-Watson Aotukorelasitas Test, Multicollinity Test with VIF (Variant Infalaction Factor) <5 & R2 high, Heteroscedasticity Test with scater plot, Normality Test p-value> 0.05, Regression Model Test through F Test and T Test , and interpretation of the MINITAB output model 14. The results of the regression analysis gave a positive influence on soft skills (0.450) and work ethic (0.436) in increasing employee performance to 83.3% and the remaining 16.7% were influenced by other factors. The conclusion is that there is a positive effect of soft skill implementation and work ethic on improving the performance of employees of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo partially or simultaneously.
