Abstract

Penelitian ini memetaforakan gaya kepemimpinan dan karakteristik Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Jayawisnuwardhani yang seharusnya ada dalam diri wanita ketika menjadi CEO. Metode yang digunakan merupakan analisis studi literature yaitu mendapatkan data  mengenai Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Jayawisnuwardhani dan CEO wanita dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, website, jurnal, yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis dan dikaitkan berdasarkan kategori tertentu. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Jayawisnuwardhani memiliki gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang sangat cocok jika diterapkan oleh wanita ketika memimpin. Gaya kepemimpinan tersebut memadukan antara feminism dan masukulin. Disisi feminism yaitu memberikan dukungan bagi bawahannya untuk mengoptimalkan potensinya, sedangkan di sisi maskulin, CEO wanita dapat bertindak tegas dan bijaksana.
